Setup

 

  • Begin in the "catch" position - shins vertical, upper body leaning forward hinging at the hips and maintaining a flat back

 

Execution

 

  • Initiate the drive with your legs

  • As your legs are reaching full extension, lean back and finish the strke with a strong pull with your arms

  • Return the handle to the catch position leading with the arms, followed by bending your legs and leaning your torso forward
