Setup
-
Start in a standing position looking straight ahead
Execution
-
Bend over and place your hands on the ground in a position you would be comfortable doing a push-up
-
Jump your feet back into a push-up position and lower yourself to the ground

Extend your arms and jump your feet back underneath you
-
Stand up and jump in the air opening your hips and clapping your hands over your head
-
After the 20th repetition, curse God and whoever programs your workouts

Everyone hates burpees, but they are a great exercise so love to hate them
