Setup

 

  • Start in a standing position looking straight ahead

Execution

 

  • Bend over and place your hands on the ground in a position you would be comfortable doing a push-up

  • Jump your feet back into a push-up position and lower yourself to the ground

  • Extend your arms and jump your feet back underneath you

  • Stand up and jump in the air opening your hips and clapping your hands over your head

  • After the 20th repetition, curse God and whoever programs your workouts

  • Everyone hates burpees, but they are a great exercise so love to hate them
