Setup

 

  • Stand tall about a foot away from the box with arms by your sides looking straight ahead

Execution

 

  • Bend your knees while swinging your arms back

  • Jump both feet simultaneously while swinging your arms forward landing on the box

  • After landing, catch your balance and stand straight up to "open the hips"

  • Step off or jump off the box to the original starting position

Tips

 

  • Keep your knees bent when landing on the box and the ground to absorb impact

  • Be careful of standing too far away or too close to the box
